Hi!

I’m a software engineer from Romania. You can find some of my code at GitHub.

I try to limit my time spent on social media and build my own space here instead. I’ll try to post updates on things I’m working on and other things related to my hobbies.

Projects I like

Logseq and Obsidian

I like taking notes. It all started with Obsidian, but switched to Logseq, mainly because it’s open source.

Haskell

I’m a software developer and my choice of language is Haskell. First, it was the memes - I kept hearing Haskell is a difficul language to learn and that intrigued me. I have it a shot and spent a summer going through the Real World Haskell boobook. It was not an easy and straightforward journey, but it has been extremly enjoyable and satisfying.

Nix

All my computers run NixOS. I was first introduced to Nix by work collegues, but I didn’t get it initially. I kept learning and have never been happier - my whole setup is just a bunch of text files now.
